Description
Alpinestars* innovative A-CS? Plus stretch panels on the torso, inner arms, and around the neck provide exceptional breathability and flexibility, with about 30% elongation and a 300% increase in tear resistance compared to traditional stretch fibers. These panels are also approximately 9% lighter than leather, reducing overall weight and contributing to an agile riding experience. The RIDEKNIT? engineered inner arms combine high abrasion resistance with flexibility, delivering a comfortable fit without sacrificing protection.
Protection is paramount in the Atem v5 jacket, featuring dual-density DFS RR shoulder and elbow protectors, GP-rated elbow armor, and Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder armor*all engineered for superior impact absorption and friction control. The streamlined speed hump not only enhances aerodynamic performance but also includes a chamber for hydration pouch storage and a waterproof compartment for valuables. Additional safety features include a hook-and-loop neck closure with a large built-in flap, ergonomic cuffs with zippers, and a longer back cut for greater coverage in riding position.
The jacket is equipped for tech integration with Tech-Air? 5 and Tech-Air? 3 systems, making it compatible with the latest airbag technology. For convenience, it offers two external zippered side pockets, a mesh interior liner with protective pocket options, and a 3/4 waist zipper to connect seamlessly with Alpinestars riding pants. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.
30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.
Do you provide free return shipping?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement.
Is there any restocking fee?
There’s no restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.
Damages / incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.
How will I get the return label?
For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.
Late or Missing Refunds:
All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
Exchanges
