Description
The rear of the heel counter is equipped with a soft TPR insert that integrates with the rear flex zone to enhance ankle mobility and comfort while maintaining protection. Strategically placed TPU protectors reinforce high-impact areas, providing excellent shock absorption and abrasion resistance. The rubber compound sole features a superior grip pattern for confident traction on various surfaces, while accordion flex zones allow for natural foot movement regardless of riding posture. An integrated flex window in the rear flex bellow offers effective ventilation and airflow, helping keep feet cool during extended rides.
Additional features include a new ergonomic TPU shift pad for increased durability in high-wear areas, a streamlined forefoot shape for a wide-ranging fit, and a quick-to-adjust Velcro? closure system with a TPR puller for ease of use. The strap closure employs durable, lightweight aramidic fibers for long-lasting performance. The sole incorporates Alpinestars' exclusive Transversal Protection Frame (TPF) technology to protect against transversal loads, enhancing safety. Inside, a removable, anatomically shaped foot-bed with EVA foam and Lycra? provides tailored comfort and support, complemented by internal mesh lining for moisture-wicking and cooling.
Engineered with flex zones at the instep and Achilles area, as well as thermowelded flex grooves, the SM-2 Shoes ensure flexibility and maneuverability in all riding positions. External protection features include a high modulus TPU heel counter, lateral ankle, and shift pad for shock resistance and durability. The layered external toe box enhances protection and longevity, while the integrated replaceable TPU forefoot slider with a quick-screw fixing mechanism allows for easy maintenance. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.
30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.
Do you provide free return shipping?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement.
Is there any restocking fee?
There’s no restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.
Damages / incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.
How will I get the return label?
For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.
Late or Missing Refunds:
All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
Exchanges
