Supertech R10 Helmet - Element - Carbon/Red/White - 2XL The Alpinestars Supertech R10 Helmet combines advanced molding technology with a layered composite shell to deliver exceptional strength, energy dissipation, and lightweight performance. The outer shell features a high-density 3K carbon fiber layer and uni-directional carbon composites bonded with epoxy resin, ensuring optimal mechanical performance and impact resistance. The multi-composite construction effectively manages energy transfer during impacts, reducing the risk of injury while maintaining a sleek profile for aerodynamic efficiency. The shell*s design minimizes outer shell deflection, spreading impact forces over a broader area to better absorb shocks through the EPS liner. The inner shell consists of an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner with six strategically placed densities designed to absorb impact forces effectively and provide a comfortable fit. The liner*s construction supports linear and oblique impact management, with a smooth, low-friction surface that allows for optimal movement during oblique impacts, reducing rotational forces transmitted to the rider's head and neck. This feature is crucial in mitigating concussions and enhancing overall safety. The helmet is equipped with the innovative A-Head Fitment System, enabling precise adjustment of the helmet*s height and tilt to suit individual rider preferences, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit that optimizes protection. Aerodynamically developed through CFD simulations and validated on the track, the Supertech R10 features two aerodynamic spoilers*a standard and a longer race version*both with elastic joints designed to detach under significant impact, thereby reducing rotational energy transfer. Additional lateral winglets further enhance stability and reduce aerodynamic drag. The visor incorporates turbulators to improve aero-acoustic performance, minimizing wind noise and turbulence. Ventilation is managed through 11 intake and exhaust points, including chin guard vents, top vents, and rear exhausts, all integrated with the shell via air ducts within the EPS liner. These vents facilitate effective airflow over the rider*s head, maintaining comfort and reducing heat buildup. The large top vent directs air to the crown for enhanced cooling, while chin vents are designed to prevent fogging by channeling airflow over the visor. The helmet*s design ensures optimal hot air extraction from under the spoiler and chin bar vents, maintaining a cool and dry environment inside the helmet. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.

30-day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.

Do you provide free return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement. 

Is there any restocking fee?

There’s no restocking fee.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can I return an item?

All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.

Damages / incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.

How will I get the return label?

For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.

Late or Missing Refunds:

All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.

Exchanges

We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at: info@sublimepowersports.com

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I change my shipping address?
