Description
Inside, the helmet boasts an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner with six specially positioned densities to enhance impact absorption across different zones. The liner's smooth, low-friction surface is engineered for superior oblique impact management, reducing rotational forces and decreasing the risk of head trauma during oblique impacts. The liner is also designed for a precise, comfortable fit, which enhances both safety and rider comfort while reducing overall helmet weight. The inclusion of four inner shells further ensures a proper fit, improving impact performance and rider comfort.
The Alpinestars Supertech R10 features an A-Head Fitment System that allows riders to customize the helmet*s height and tilt, ensuring an optimal fit tailored to individual preferences. This system helps position the helmet correctly on the rider's head, improving safety and comfort. Aerodynamically, the helmet has been developed through CFD simulations and validated in wind tunnels and on the track. It includes two detachable spoilers*standard and race versions*with elastic joints to mitigate rotational energy transfer during impacts. Lateral winglets further support stability and reduce aerodynamic drag. Visor turbulators are integrated to enhance aero-acoustic performance, providing a quieter ride.
Ventilation is a key feature, with eleven intake and exhaust points, including chin, top, and rear vents. Air is channeled through internal ducts within the EPS liner, actively circulating over the rider*s head for optimal cooling. The top vent features a large slider for easy adjustment, allowing hot air to escape efficiently. Chin vents are designed to prevent fogging by directing airflow over the visor, while rear extractor vents remove humid air and heat, keeping the rider comfortable during high-performance riding scenarios. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.
30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.
Do you provide free return shipping?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement.
Is there any restocking fee?
There’s no restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.
Damages / incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.
How will I get the return label?
For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.
Late or Missing Refunds:
All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
Exchanges
