Supertech R10 Helmet - Element - Carbon/Silver/Black - XS The Alpinestars Supertech R10 Helmet (Part Number: 8200324-1368-XS) offers advanced protection and aerodynamic efficiency for competitive riders. Its outer shell incorporates molding technology with a multi-composite construction, featuring a high-density 3K carbon outer layer, a uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass. This layered design provides exceptional strength, energy dissipation, and lightweight performance. The epoxy resin bonding process ensures optimal resin-to-fiber ratio, maximizing the helmet*s mechanical performance and energy management capabilities. The shell*s design limits outer shell deflection and spreads impact forces over the expanded EPS liner, enhancing overall impact absorption and rider safety. Inside, the helmet features an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner, with six densities strategically placed to absorb impact energy efficiently while maintaining a comfortable fit. The liner's smooth, low-friction surface is specially coated to reduce oblique impact forces, allowing the helmet to move independently against the rider*s head and thereby lessening force transmission to the brain, neck, and spine, which can help reduce the risk of concussion. The A-Head Fitment System enables precise adjustment of helmet height and tilt, ensuring a tailored fit that improves comfort and impact effectiveness. Aerodynamically optimized through CFD simulations and validated in wind tunnels and on-track testing, the Supertech R10 features two detachable spoilers*a standard and a longer race version*with elastic joints to mitigate rotational energy during impacts. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.

30-day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.

Do you provide free return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement. 

Is there any restocking fee?

There’s no restocking fee.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can I return an item?

All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.

Damages / incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.

How will I get the return label?

For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.

Late or Missing Refunds:

All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.

Exchanges
