Description
Inside, the helmet is fitted with four multi-density EPS liners, strategically positioned with six specific densities to maximize impact absorption across different zones. The smooth, low-friction inner surface is designed for superior oblique impact management, allowing the helmet to move independently against the rider*s head, thereby reducing force transmission during oblique impacts and mitigating the risk of concussions. The inner shell construction not only enhances impact protection but also ensures a close, comfortable fit that reduces overall helmet weight, augmenting rider comfort for extended use.
The A-Head Fitment System allows precise adjustment of the helmet*s fit, enabling riders to customize the height and angle for optimal comfort and impact protection. Aerodynamically optimized through CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing, the Supertech R10 features lateral winglets and turbulators on the visor to enhance stability and reduce aerodynamic drag and noise. Ventilation is a key feature of the Supertech R10, with 11 intake and exhaust points, including large chin, top, and rear vents. The intake ports are directly integrated with air ducts within the EPS liner to facilitate effective airflow, cooling, and moisture management. The large top vent features a slider for easy operation, channeling air over the rider*s head, while the chin vents help prevent fogging and misting by directing airflow across the visor. Exhaust vents under the rear spoiler and on the chin bar effectively expel hot air, maintaining comfort and visibility during intense riding conditions. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.
30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.
Do you provide free return shipping?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement.
Is there any restocking fee?
There’s no restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.
Damages / incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.
How will I get the return label?
For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.
Late or Missing Refunds:
All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
Exchanges
