Description
The boots incorporate a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) shin plate and medial protection, both crafted from a single piece for enhanced structural integrity and stability. The anatomically profiled shin plate includes a dual closure system with an internal microfiber flap attached by hook-and-loop, ensuring a precise and secure fit. The rugged shin plate attaches with a precision adjustable buckle, providing secure support during intense riding sessions.
The wide entry aperture facilitates easy foot insertion and allows for broad calf adjustments, offering a customized fit. The TPU medial side panel features an advanced honeycomb rubber insert for excellent grip against the bike while providing impact protection. The innovative buckle closure system includes high-impact aluminum bridge closures with memory settings, complemented by a quick-release/locking design for swift, precise fastening. All buckles are replaceable for long-term durability.
A contoured calf protector plate, injected with high modulus polymer, offers impact resistance and incorporates Alpinestars' blade flex system for enhanced control and movement. Additional protection is provided for the heel and Achilles tendon, helping prevent hyperflexion. The TPU ankle protection system features a biomechanical link between the middle and bottom sections, providing progressive force relief to prevent leg injuries from torsional forces. The redesigned instep and Achilles accordion flex zones deliver superior comfort, control, and support.
The boots feature a one-piece injected dual compound foot shell with a co-injected hard toe protector and integrated steel shank, ensuring high impact and abrasion resistance. An extended microfiber gaiter prevents dirt and water entry, maintaining foot dryness. The internal 3D lining, with anti-slide microfiber suede on the heel, helps keep the foot in position during aggressive riding. Soft foam reinforcements on the ankles and collar provide lasting comfort and shock absorption. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.
30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.
Do you provide free return shipping?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement.
Is there any restocking fee?
There’s no restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.
Damages / incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.
How will I get the return label?
For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.
Late or Missing Refunds:
All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
Exchanges
