Description
The helmet's impact-resistant outer shell is constructed from advanced thermoplastic materials that provide excellent protection against impacts. The adjustable crown and cheek pads, available in different thicknesses, allow for a tailored fit, ensuring the helmet stays securely in place during rides. Inside, a multiple-density liner system is designed to absorb impacts effectively, with specific areas optimized for impact absorption while reducing overall weight. The inner and outer surfaces are engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts, providing additional safety.
The helmet incorporates a low friction coating on the inner EPS liner that acts as a slip plane, reducing rotational forces during oblique impacts by mimicking the brain*s cerebrospinal fluid. This feature helps protect against rotational injuries. Ventilation is maximized with ten air inlets and seven exhaust ports, promoting high levels of heat transfer and airflow. The visor is engineered to direct air into these ports, further enhancing cooling. The visor release system is designed to release with a pre-determined force, reducing stress on the rider*s neck during impact scenarios.
Comfort is a priority, with a liner made from recycled materials contributing to a lower carbon footprint. Integrated hydration tube channels in the cheek pads facilitate hydration during rides. The soft textile chin strap, measuring 25 mm, ensures a secure yet comfortable fit. For safety and ease of removal, the helmet is equipped with an Emergency Release System and removable cheek pads, allowing for quick extraction if necessary. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.
30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.
Do you provide free return shipping?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement.
Is there any restocking fee?
There’s no restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.
Damages / incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.
How will I get the return label?
For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.
Late or Missing Refunds:
All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
Exchanges
