The polyurethane (PU)-reinforced microfiber upper offers flexibility, abrasion resistance, water resistance, and weight savings, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The material maintains a consistent fit over time, allowing riders to focus on their performance without concern for footwear deterioration. The contoured shin plate, injected with high-modulus thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), delivers excellent impact and abrasion resistance, safeguarding the shin during aggressive riding or in the event of a fall. Additionally, the medial side features a TPU panel with sculptured design elements that maximize grip contact with the bike and enhance heat and abrasion resistance, providing added security and comfort during rides. The boots feature a one-piece injected dual compound shell with a co-injected hard toe protector and integrated steel shank, making them highly resistant to impact and abrasion while streamlining overall durability and functionality. The low-profile medial and lateral pivot system ensures excellent flexion, offering natural movement and support, while the instep and Achilles accordion flex zones improve control and support for dynamic riding situations. An extended microfiber gaiter helps seal out water and dirt, maintaining a dry environment inside the boot. The compound sole, seamlessly integrated into the base structure, offers superior durability, excellent rubber grip patterning for traction, and a comfortable feel, with the added benefit of being replaceable to extend the boot*s lifespan. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item you purchased from Sublime Powersports, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.

30-day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.

Do you provide free return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement. 

Is there any restocking fee?

There’s no restocking fee.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can I return an item?

All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.

Damages / incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.

How will I get the return label?

For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.

Late or Missing Refunds:

All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.

Exchanges

We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at: info@sublimepowersports.com

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I change my shipping address?
