What is your shipping policy?
We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. However, we can sometimes accommodate custom orders to Alaska and Hawaii — please contact us at info@sublimepowersports.com if you are interested and we will do our best to make it work.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is simple and affordable:
- Free Shipping on all orders $80.00 and over
- $8.00 flat rate on all orders under $80.00
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.
How long will delivery take?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@sublimepowersports.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. We begin fulfilling orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have an urgent concern about an order you just placed, contact us immediately at info@sublimepowersports.com and we will do our best to assist you, however we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
My order arrived damaged or is missing parts — what do I do?
If your order arrives with missing parts or the item is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at info@sublimepowersports.com. We take these situations seriously and will remedy the issue right away. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Email us at info@sublimepowersports.com to start a return.
