Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping — on all orders $80.00 and over
  • $8.00 Flat Rate — on all orders under $80.00

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

However, we can sometimes accommodate custom orders to Alaska and Hawaii. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at info@sublimepowersports.com and we will do our best to make it work for you.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. We begin fulfilling orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have an urgent concern about an order you just placed, contact us immediately at info@sublimepowersports.com and we will do our best to assist you, however we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives with missing parts or the item itself is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at info@sublimepowersports.com. We take these situations seriously and will remedy the issue right away — whether that means sending a replacement, supplying the missing parts, or finding another solution that makes it right for you. Please include your order number and photos of any damage when reaching out so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
