The Arai XD-5 is the latest evolution of Arai's legendary adventure/dual-sport helmet. The PB-cLc² shell is assembled using an assortment of materials, with the forehead area reinforced by a super fiber belt. The VAS-A shield system sits lower to further improve glancing-off ability, and the shield can be attached or removed without tools. The redesigned peak delivers more effective ventilation, increased high-speed flow-through, greater adjustability for blocking the sun, and more resistance to buffeting. Mouth and inner shutters let you direct airflow toward your mouth or the shield to reduce fogging, while the front logo duct provides airflow unaffected by riding position. Includes a Pinlock®-prepared VAS-A Max-Vision shield, AR spoiler to reduce fatigue from turbulent air, and an odor-resistant interior.
