This all-in-one rebuild kit from ALL BALLS is designed specifically for the CV carburetor systems used on 1990 to 1999 Evolution Big Twin motorcycles. The kit features durable NBR rubber materials on all O-rings and gaskets, providing excellent resistance to ethanol in today's fuels. Included are all necessary gaskets, O-rings, a float bowl, carburetor cap, accelerator pump screws, and an extended fuel mixture screw with a spring, washer, and O-ring. For fine-tuning, the kit provides an accelerator pump diaphragm, spring, and boot, along with a float needle valve with a FMK tip, emulsion tube, slide needle, and main and pilot jets.

To accommodate both stock and modified engines, the kit offers three main jets and three pilot jets, enabling precise tuning for different performance needs.
