The helmet includes a VAS latch that securely captures and holds the shield closed, preventing accidental openings while riding. Its glance-off ability is improved by a smaller, lower pivot cover and a smooth shell surface along the Snell test line in the temple area, increasing its capacity to deflect impacts and reduce injury during collisions. The PB-SNC² shell is crafted from a mix of super fibers and synthetic fibers, providing an excellent balance of tensile strength, flexibility, and lightweight durability.
Ventilation is optimized with the Diffuser Type 12 air intake vents, which have three adjustable positions to enhance sealing against the elements, reducing road noise and water intrusion. The odor-resistant liner is fully removable and designed to maintain a neutral pH close to skin, offering lasting comfort and hygiene.
